A small Museum (in Greve) outside of Copenhagen has an exhibition of embroidery at present. All the pieces include text. Apart from the six artists who were invited to participate, the public were asked to contribute too. The embroidery must contain text and be mounted in a hoop. There were some lovely pieces in this part of the exhibition. It is great to know that more and more people are finding pleasure in embroidery.
