Recently I had the oppotunity to see the fantastic exhibition “Fashioned From Nature” which has come to Denmark from The Victoria and Albert Museum in London. There is focus on how nature has been used and inspired fashion through many years and not least on sustainability and the use of new materiales that are climate friendly.
The amazing headdress, below, was made in Japan i 2016 from, amongst other things, rose branches, by Katsuya Kamo. A visit to The Botanical Gardens after the exhibition revealed this thorny structure of a cactus!
