Just another winter’s day

Not a very inspiring day for sketching outdoors. These were done, very quickly, from the window – making the houses opposite very simple and utilising a picture from the national newspaper. I have used diluted Quink ink and “pulled” out the branches with the point of the paint brush handle, so they taper towards the end.
