Tapestry

I visted a beautiful exhibition yesterday, in The Round Tower in Copenhagen. The anniversay exhbition celebrates Danish Tapestry. The group was formed in 1998 to show the capabilty of Danish tapestry weavers.The basic rule for the group is that the exhibited works must be at least 3 metres in size. There are many lovely pieces – both traditional and more experimental, but this lively piece by artist Margrethe Agger, was probably my favourite.
