This is a quick sketch , using pastels, done this morning in The Deer Park, not far from where I live. I was drinking tea on a wobbly bench and watching the geese fly overhead and the heron looking out for fish in the pond. It is a motif I have drawn before and also interpreted into stitch, but I really like the pathways leading to and from the forest.
